Get hands-on and have a go at the traditional art of distilling under expert tuition.

Either Alistair or Thomas runs our classes, so you’ll get the opportunity to hear first hand about the history of the distillery and the Isle of Skye Distillers gins, how they make them and the stories behind Misty Isle and Tommy’s gin. There will be an opportunity to taste our gins.

You will then go on a journey to create a unique gin of your very own.

Our distillers will guide you through every step, from personally selecting your botanicals to running your own individual miniature copper pot still, bottling, and labelling.

This 3-hour authentic hands-on experience is perfect for those of you who enjoy a G&T now and again, through to passionate gin lovers.
And the best part?
You’ll take home a 500ml bottle (per still) of your very own hand-crafted gin complete with personalised label.
